Development of Exercise Program Focused on Fundamental Movement Skills for Preschoolers with Maladjusted Behaviors

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a program for maladjusted behaviors preschooler using a exercise which has not been tried so far among various methods for interventional approach for maladjusted behaviors preschooler. The
purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the 12 sessions exercise program based on fundamental movement skills for 14 preschoolers with maladjusted behaviors. After that, we examined the change of the preschooler 's maladjusted behavior, fundamental movement skills, and physical fitness. The results of this study show that exercise program based on the fundamental movement skills has an overall positive effect on the improvement of the maladjusted behaviors, fundamental movement skills, and physical fitness. This program is meaningful to study because that it is composed mainly of physical activity unlike previous studies. But it is necessary to apply psychoanalytic or cognitive approach to increase program effect in the future study.
